All to be divided into three equal parts --- Ursula, his wife, to have one, and the other two to be equally divided between his three sons, John, Jarret, and Richard, when 16. Wife sole executrix. Thos. Moseley and Jarret Moseley, etc., overseers.

To Thomas, his son, £13 6s. 8d. and the furniture in the Hall (this was the name given to a cottage at Broad Campden, afterwards inhabited by the Jugginses), after the decease of his mother, Joan, Thos. was not 14 years of age at date of will.

To his wife, Joan, for life, the messuage at Broad Campden in which he then dwelt, with orchards, garden, backfield, and close, and, 2 yardlands in Broad Campden belonging to said messuage, and in possession of himself or assigns, and also one 1 yardland called the Chapple Land.

Mosely, of Willersey, farmer, all his messuages, lands, etc., in Berrington (except 1 yardland in Berrington), and all goods for sale and monies to be divided btween the children of his brothers Thomas and William and his sisters, Anne Dyer and Mary Atkins (except nephew, Benjamin Atkins, to whom 1s., as he was provided for), and £22 to Wm. Eden, eldest son of his brother-in-law, of Dascott, co. Wore.
To his said two brothers and his kinsman, John Hancock, all wearing appearel.
To his executors the said 1/2 yardland in Berrington, in trust for sister, Anne Dyer, for life, and remainder to Stephen and Anne Hancock, two of the children of said Anne Dyer.
