The Will of Richard Killmaster Yeoman of Chedworth 1804

In the Name of God Amen. The last Will and Testament of me Richard KILMASTER of Chedworth in the County of Gloucester Yeoman. First I Will and Direct That all my just Debts Legacies and Funeral Expense be paid and Discharged by my executrix hereinafter named and Subject thereto and Charged and Chargeable therewith I Give Devise and Bequeath unto my Niece Mary KILMASTER one of the Daughters of my late Brother John KILMASTER of the City of Oxford Mercer All and every my Real and Copyhold Estates situate lying and being at Charlton Kings or elsewhere in the said County of Gloucester To hold to her my said Neice Mary KILMASTER her Heirs and Assigns forever. Also I Give and Bequeath unto my Niece Sarah the Wife of William DAVIS one other of the Daughters of my said late Brother John KILMASTER the Sum of One Hundred Pounds And unto my Niece Elizabeth KILMASTER another Daughter of my said late Brother the Sum of Three Hundred Pounds both which said legacies I will and Direct shall be paid by my Executrix within One Year next after my Decease. All my Monies and Securities for Money Goods Chattels Effects Premises and Things And all the residue and remainder of my Real and Personal Estates of what nature or kind soever and where soever situate lying or being I give Devise and Bequeath the same and every part and parcel thereof unto my said Niece Mary KILMASTER, whom I hereby Appoint Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, to and for hetr own sole and absolute ? Use Benefit and Disposal And Lastly revoking all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made I do declare this to be my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I the said Richard KILMASTER the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament Set my Hand and Seal this twenty sixth day of May in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety Seven.

I the before named Richard KILMASTER do hereby revoke the Legacy of one hundred Pounds by my before written will given to my Niece Sarah DAVIS, and do direct that the same shall ….
